You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to lose weight. All those camps that have you training 2-3 times a day, 6 days a week, is ridiculous! Yes it works, but what happens when you’re not operating at 100% like on a daily basis?

What happens is you gain the weight back and end up finding a coach like me. I’m not here to talk shit about those programs because it’s mad cool to lose weight fast and for some, they will completely transform their lifestyle to keep it up, but for the rest of us who want to maintain a life that doesn’t mean working out all day, we would just gain it all back and then some, depending on how drastic the steps we’ve taken have been.

I was fortunate enough to work with a woman, my sorority sister, Mo, who came in wanting to make a change. She only came in 1-2 times a week. Hell, I feel like most of the time it was 1, because she was always traveling. She would do a workout on her own that I would send and no matter what, we made sure to have weekly calls.

Mo was able to drop 11.2lbs, 4 inches and keep it off.

My mother, same story. She works out 1-2 hours a week because she is just busy. My mother dropped 20lbs in her first 3 months and went from a size 10 to 8. She’s now, 2 year later, another 15lbs down, at a size 6 and stronger! She has put on more muscle. 


The cool part is, again, she’s making it happen within the lifestyle she wants to live, and because of that she can be consistent. 


This is what we teach at Lift & Flow Performance. We train your body and mind, giving you tools you can keep forever, so that somewhere between month 6 and 9 with us, you can go out and fly. And we do this through only training 2-3 times a week and walking on your off days.
